Items purchased in the online store are processed through Shopify and on a different system than at the store location. Returns/Refunds are also processed separately and cannot be returned through the boutique POS system. You may bring an online return to the boutique but the Manager can only process these. Online returns are then processed back to Shopify. Money will be returned to original form of payment within 48 hours.
